The pans are made from the finest 18/10 stainless steel, the base of each pan features tri-layering technology with a copper core between layers of stainless steel for even heat distribution across the whole base. The saucepans have a cool touch, long handle* and are supplied with a close-fit stainless steel lid. Constructed for lifetime usage, the non-coated pans are oven safe to 250°C/480°F. *Note: Handles will become hot if gas flames extend beyond the base diameter of the pan.

The 24cm non-stick frying pan, 28cm non-stick frying pan and sauciere (or milk pan) have a PFOA free ILAG non-stick coating. ILAG non-stick is considered to be extraordinarily long-lasting, abrasion & corrosion resistant, and produced without pollutants.

The insert for the 18cm/3.2L saucepan is ideal for the healthy steaming of vegetables, meat or fish. The non-coated pans are oven safe to 250°C/480°F.
